1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Cosmic Draft allows returns and exchanges for products affected by non-human-caused damage. This policy applies as follows:

• Standard Products: Eligible for 3 months of free return or exchange if the damage is not caused by user misuse or external factors.
• Custom Products: Eligible for 3 months of free return or exchange only in cases where damage is not caused by human actions. Otherwise, custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only after verification that the damage or issue occurred due to:

• Shipping Damage: Any damage that occurred during transportation to your address.
• Company Error: Any mistakes in product fulfillment, printing errors, or incorrect items shipped.

In cases where the damage is verified to have occurred due to other factors (such as mishandling by the customer), refunds may not be granted.

3. Return and Exchange Procedures

For eligible returns and exchanges, customers are required to follow these procedures:

• Contact Cosmic Draft Customer Service to report the damaged item and initiate a return or exchange request.
• Provide evidence of damage (photos, videos, or other documentation) for verification purposes.
• Once verified, please either:
• Deliver the return/exchange product to the specified Cosmic Draft return address.
• Or assist the designated courier in collecting the product from your location.
• After receipt and inspection, Cosmic Draft will process the replacement, exchange, or refund accordingly.

4. Important Notes

• Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 months from the date of delivery.
• Product Condition: Returned items must not have additional damage caused by misuse or negligence.
• Custom Products: Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange if damage is caused by human error.
• Shipping Costs: For verified cases of damage not caused by the customer, shipping for returns/exchanges is free of charge. In other cases, shipping costs may apply.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after verification and receipt of the returned product.
